When will I receive my tickets and/or passes?

We aim to send package details via email or recorded delivery 7-10 days prior to the event.

How do I pay for my package?

The initial deposit will be taken via credit or debit card. The following payments can be paid by bank transfer or by card. Our bank details will be included on the invoice.

How do I communicate dietary and other special requirements I may need?

There will be a designated special requirements section in your booking form. We will ask if you’d like anything added before sending the agreement. Our operations team will be in touch prior to the event to confirm and alter anything if needed. Any changes or updates to your booking can be emailed to support@aboveandbeyond.com

Can I alter my booking at a later date? 

We always try our best to satisfy any requests as we understand circumstances can change, however this is obviously subject to availability and time constraints.

Do you refund VAT?

Our products and services are provided within the UK and are therefore liable to value added tax (VAT), charged at the time of booking at the prevailing rate. The onus on processing VAT refunds, where eligible, is on the person making the booking.

Do you provide overseas events?

Yes. We cover most events internationally and should needs be, we will source what you are looking for.

Are drinks and hospitality included? Is car parking included? What is the dress code?

If you have already booked, the best thing to do is refer to the ‘Experience Summary Details’ that you were sent upon booking, as all events and packages may differ. Alternatively call or email us and we will be happy to clarify.
